Weightlifting: Did 10 sets of weights, using 20 lb and 8 lb barbells. Each set was 21 reps max of military lifting with the 20 lb, and 50 reps exactly of curls with the 8lb. [I cannot do several sets of military lifts with my left arm. I can do curls about the same with my left arm.]
Calisthenics: 100 pushups!!! [First day to reach 100.]
Calories: unknown. Breakfast at Panera. Panera salad for dinner.
Attitude: Nice weather in the morning. Great sleep. By my afternoon run in the woods, there was a light drizzle. By our evening walk (without a raincoat or hat!), there was a deluge. Carol and I stopped under trees for 10 minutes, then continued as the rain slowed to almost nothing.
