Run/Walk: Starting heartrate at 49 BPM. Starting speed was 3.5 MPH, moved up to 3.9-4.0 MPH for last 20 minutes, ending the workout at final 109 BPM. Walked 5.0 treadmill miles in 78:37 minutes.

Weightlifting: None.

Calisthenics:  100 pushups.

Calories: unknown. Breakfast at OGM. Dinner a salad.

Attitude: Good but short sleep. Nice day.
