Weight: 165.2 lb.  Steps: Day=20,263  Running=0 miles.  Push-ups: 151.

Walking: Indoors (15,000) and outdoors (5,000).

Run/Walk: (1) Treadmill, 4.08 miles in 60 minutes (avg. 4.0  mph). I walked 3/16 miles @ 3.7 mph, then ran 1/16 mile @ 4.6 mph. Generally I ran about 260 steps.

1.5 mile Run: None

Weightlifting: None.

Calisthenics: 151 push-ups.

Nutrition: Breakfast at Goldberg’s, with Carol. Dinner a salad.

Attitude: Good sleep (8:22 total; 1:56 deep). Nice day.
